SMS program terms

Our text message program is called FullPort Media updates.

By checking either consent box on any form on this site and giving us your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from FullPort Media LLC at that number. Every form on this site that asks for your phone number carries both boxes, and both start unchecked. Today those forms are at fullportmedia.com/contact and fullportmedia.com/start. The marketing box covers promotional messages about our services. The non-marketing box covers appointment reminders, service updates, and other operational messages. Neither box is required to submit a form, and neither is a condition of buying anything from us.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, and those charges come from your mobile carrier, not from us.

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation and then stop sending messages to that number. Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at support@fullportmedia.com or (225) 416-5843.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Not all mobile carriers or handsets support every message type, and we cannot guarantee delivery.

Acceptable use of this site

You may read this site, print it, and share links to it. You may not copy the site's design, code, text, or images for your own commercial use, attempt to break into any part of it, scrape it in a way that degrades it for other people, upload anything harmful through our forms, or use our forms to send unsolicited commercial messages. We may block access to anyone doing any of that.

The site's design, code, text, and marks belong to FullPort Media LLC. Screenshots of client websites are shown with permission and the underlying work belongs to those clients.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana.
