Two people out of Baton Rouge
FullPort Media sets up and runs the follow-up system for local service businesses, so every call, text, form fill, and review request gets handled, and builds the website too when that is the part that is costing you work.
FullPort Media is Cager Bloom and Parker Hudson. We started it in 2026 after watching good local businesses lose work for reasons that had nothing to do with the work. A missed call at two in the afternoon. An estimate nobody followed up on. A year of happy customers and almost no reviews.
So we built the part that handles that, and we run it with the owner instead of handing over a login and disappearing. Full port is trader slang for going all in on one position, and it is the only promise we felt like putting in the name.

We are in Baton Rouge, and we work with businesses across Baton Rouge, the Northshore, and the Gulf Coast. Remote anywhere in the country is fine, but the towns we know best are the ones we can drive to.
