The system

Nine things, three groups

What we set up and run

Nine things in three groups. The system answers, follows up, and books, and it runs on the website you already have. The growth work goes back to the customers you already earned. Take all of it or take one piece.

The system

This is the part that runs every day. Answers go out while the customer is still paying attention. None of it needs a new website.

  • One inbox

Every message in one place, on your phone

Calls, texts, website forms, Facebook and Instagram messages, and email all land in one place you can work from your phone between jobs. The whole history with a customer sits in one thread.

What you getOne inbox, on your phone and your computer, with every conversation in one thread.

Calls, texts, website forms, Facebook, Instagram, and email all arrive here.

      Delivered

An example of the one inbox we set up, using a made-up business and made-up numbers. Every message a customer sends ends up in one thread like this, on your phone. It is not a screenshot of a client account.
  • Missed-call text-back

A missed call gets an answer in seconds

You are under a house or on a roof and the phone rings out. Within seconds that caller gets a text from your business number asking what they need. Most people answer a text.

What you getAn automatic text to every missed caller, in your words, within seconds.

    A missed call, answered

    New caller

    (504) 555-0168 Baton Rouge

    1. Today 2:14 PM
    2. Missed call from (504) 555-0168

    4. 2:16 PM
    5. New caller: Water heater quit on us this morning. We are in Central. Can somebody come out today?

    6. 2:31 PM
    7. Sent by you

      Read 2:33 PM

    8. New caller: Sending it now. Thank you.

An example of the missed-call text-back we set up, using a made-up business and made-up numbers. It is not a screenshot of a client account and it is not a result.
  • Lead follow-up

Every quote gets chased until you get an answer

Most jobs are lost to silence, not to price. Messages follow up on every inquiry and every estimate, spaced over days, until the customer books or tells you no. You approve every one before it goes out.

What you getOwner-approved follow-up on every lead and every quote, running on its own.

  • Online booking

Customers book themselves at eleven at night

A calendar customers can book from at eleven at night, which is when a lot of them are looking. It offers only the hours you are willing to work, and the booking lands on your schedule.

What you getA booking calendar on your site that writes straight to your schedule.

  • Business phone number

A business line that stays with the business

A real line, separate from your personal cell, so your number does not walk out the door with an employee. It tracks where calls came from, so you know which pages and listings are doing work.

What you getA business number in your name, with call tracking, that stays with the business.

The growth work

You already have customers who liked the work, and finished jobs nobody ever got asked about. These two go get that.

  • Database reactivation

Go back to the customers who already know you

We think the list in your old invoices is worth more than most ad budgets. We organize the records you already own, agree with you on who gets contacted and what it says, and reach out to people who already know your name. Email first. Texting only where there is consent on record.

What you getA cleaned-up customer list and an owner-approved reach-out to people who already trust you.

What a reactivation actually looks like

Email first. We text only the people with consent on record.

    1. First

      We organize your list

Old invoices, saved contacts, and whatever is in a spreadsheet get pulled together and sorted. Nothing sends at this stage.

      Our work

    2. Then

You read it and approve it

You get the exact audience and the exact words. Nothing goes to a customer until you say yes.

      Waiting on you

    3. Day 1

      The first email goes out

Subject: It has been a while since we were out there

Hey, this is Example Plumbing. We were out at your place a while back and we wanted to check in. If something has started acting up, a slow drain, a water heater making noise, a toilet that runs all night, just reply to this email or call the shop at (504) 555-0142 and we will get you on the schedule. Same people, same number.

      Sent

    4. Day 5

      One follow-up, then we stop

Subject: Anything you have been putting off?

Quick follow-up and then we will leave you alone. If you do not need anything right now, that is good news and you can ignore this. If there is something you have been putting off, tell us what it is and we will give you a price before we come out. Reply here or call (504) 555-0142.

      Sent

    5. After that

      Replies land in your inbox

Same inbox as your calls and texts. People who do not answer are left alone.

      Running

An example of a past-customer reactivation we set up, using a made-up business. The list is yours, the words are yours, and you approve them before anything sends. It is not a client campaign and it is not a result.
  • Google Review Engine

A review request after every job, to everybody

After a job is marked complete, the customer gets a request to leave a Google review. Every customer gets it, and every one of them gets the same public review link. No screening for the happy ones first, nothing offered in exchange, and no staff names in the request, which is what Google requires and what keeps your listing safe.

What you getAn automatic review request after every completed job, to every customer.

Start here

Not ready for all of it? Start here.

You do not have to take the whole thing. We usually point at past-customer reactivation first, because it works on a list you already own and it leaves your website alone. If that is not the fit, the Google Review Engine and missed-call text-back are the other two small ways in.

The site

This band is optional. Everything above it works on the website you have right now. We only bring it up when the site itself is what is costing you work.

  • Website design and build

A site built around how you actually take work

Built from scratch around how you take work, not dropped into a template. Fast on a phone, easy to read in bright sun, and organized so a customer can find your service area and the button that reaches you.

What you getA custom, mobile-first website you own outright, code and domain included.

  • Local visibility

Get found on the map, not just in search

Most of your customers find you on a map, not a search page. We set up or clean up your Google Business Profile, get the categories, hours, and service area right, and write your pages so search can tell what you do and where.

What you getA Google Business Profile that is correct and complete, and a site built to be read by search.

Not sure which piece you need?

That is what the questions are for. Tell us what happens now when a call comes in, and we will tell you which one piece to start with.
