Who we are

FullPort Media LLC is a follow-up systems and website company based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. This policy explains what we collect from people who visit fullportmedia.com or contact us, what we do with it, and how to make us stop. Questions go to support@fullportmedia.com or (225) 416-5843.

What we collect

We collect the contact details you hand us. That means your name, your business name, your phone number, your email address, the type of business you run, and whatever you type into the message boxes on our forms. If you book a call, we also collect the time you picked.

We collect basic website analytics if analytics are enabled on the site, such as which pages were viewed, roughly where in the country the visit came from, and what kind of device was used. We do not use that information to identify you personally.

We do not collect payment card numbers on this website.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, to schedule and hold the call you asked for, to prepare for that call, and to send you the messages you specifically agreed to receive. If you checked the marketing text box, we may send marketing texts. If you checked the non-marketing text box, we may send appointment reminders and service updates. If you checked neither, we will still reply to your inquiry by phone or email, because you asked us to.

We do not use your information to build advertising audiences, and we do not add you to a list you did not ask to be on.

We do not sell or share your information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information, including your mobile phone number and your consent to receive SMS messages, with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We do use service providers to run our business, such as email hosting, website hosting, our customer relationship management software, and our telephone provider. They handle your information only to provide that service to us, and they are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any text message from us and the texting stops. Reply HELP to any text message and you will get instructions and a way to reach a person. To be removed from email, reply to any email from us and ask, or write to support@fullportmedia.com. To have your information deleted from our records entirely, email us and tell us so, and we will handle it within thirty days.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records and consent records for as long as you are a client and for three years after that, so we can show what you agreed to and when. Analytics data is kept in aggregate. If you ask us to delete your information, we delete it except where we are required to keep a record of your consent or of a transaction.

Children

This site is meant for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will change the effective date at the top and post the new version here.
